Inovonics Cloud (v1.15.0)
Greetings partners! We are pleased to announce the launch of the Inovonics cloud services v1.15.0. With the long holiday season, we had delayed our usual four-week deployment cadence, and this release is a bit larger than normal.
Let's dive in and take a look at the v1.15.0 release!
The biggest change in the 1.15.0 release is that the mobile duress application has been rebranded as Inovonics cloud services. This is a much-needed cosmetic update to the web application, and better represents the current and future functionality of the application.

New Features in v1.15.0
Device Status History
We’ve added the ability to view a device status history. This is especially helpful while setting up new devices for your sites, as well as for troubleshooting devices.

This feature is accessible through the View Status menu by tapping the new "View device status history" icon button.
The table will show a row for each device status change, with the status, date, timestamp and signal strength.
Site Service Orders
When setting up a new site through the Inovonics cloud services application, you will be shown a friendly reminder about the billing activation process.
Once the site has been created successfully, you will see a confirmation dialog with information specific for this site.
Please Note: If you are setting up sites outside of the Inovonics cloud services user interface (i.e., creating sites via the Inovonics API) those sites will remain pending until a site service order form is submitted.
As a convenience, the Inovonics cloud services application will send a monthly site status report on the third of each month that will include all sites, and have a separate tab for pending sites (sites that require a site service order form submission), with an embedded link to simplify the site service order form submission process.
