New Functionality
The advanced location solution alerts staff when a resident needs assistance, relaying the wearer’s location with industry-leading accuracy.
Using sophisticated cloud-based technology, it also monitors pendants throughout the community in near real time, allowing you to locate residents quickly anytime you need them using our Find Them feature.
Cloud-Delivered Data Insights
We are excited to announce the release of our first generation data insights package that includes:
- Alarm dashboards
- Widgets for Find Them, embedded maps, recent and starred devices
These new features are available for integration to your e-call application using multiple methodologies to accelerate their deployment.
HIPAA Compliance
Inovonics is committed to providing solutions that meet the data protection expectations of the senior living market and adhere to best practices for data security. Our senior living cloud services are compliant with U.S. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations, and we can sign business associate agreements when required by your customers.

The gateway and locator infrastructure also sets the stage for the use of additional Inovonics location devices and data-driven solutions that can drive a better understanding of a resident's well-being as we expand our solutions in the future.

Contact Inovonics customer service to obtain a current price list for both the hardware and subscription elements of the solution. Please note that the new advanced location solution replaces our original alarm location solution effective immediately.
