Effective June 13, 2023, the below visual updates and new platform capabilities will be implemented to continuously improve your user experience.

Visual Security and Senior Living Cloud Platform Update
Moving forward, you will notice changes in both the Security and Senior Living Cloud platform. Visually we’ve updated the logo and the color in at the top of the page to clearly distinguish between the Security Cloud and Senior Living Cloud for our users. 

New Security and Senior Living Cloud Device Discovery Functionality 
Similar to the currently existing device discovery feature in the Submetering Cloud, this device discovery tool has now been added to the Security and Senior Living cloud platforms to confirm setup and troubleshoot devices communicating with gateways in real time. Using this new functionality for these platforms, the user will be able to filter the report to see registered devices, unregistered devices, or all devices within range.

This report displays the timestamp, device type, device model, name (or location), TXID, status (such as alarm, low battery, or tampers), and the signal level and margin from when it last communicated with the gateway. These new functions can help a customer determine if they registered a transmitter with the wrong TXID by mistake, verify all their devices are within adequate range of the gateway or repeaters, and troubleshoot a myriad of other situations a technician might run into when setting up their site for the first time.

While logged in, users of Inovonics Cloud Services will see pop-ups within the platform designed to keep customers informed of future updates and what's new.

No action needs to be taken on your part. This update will not affect your ability to log on and use Inovonics Cloud Services and will not impact your existing integrations.
