What's Happening

Inovonics Cloud Services and TapWatch will undergo scheduled maintenance to optimize the operational improvements executed in July. This update is part of ongoing architectural improvements to better leverage our cloud provider (GCP) and support future growth while maintaining cost-effective service.

Maintenance Schedule

Monday, August 18th, 2025 – 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM EDT

Operational Impact

No operational impacts are anticipated during this maintenance window. Out of an abundance of caution, we advise that you re-schedule any maintenance that involves updates to multiple devices at a site during this window. Additionally, the site import function will be disabled for a week after this maintenance window.

• Minimal operational impact outside of configuration updates.
